Consultation and search - Telephone conversation, general advice and consultant to search for the care placement / home care. Consultant to arrange assessment between the care team and the service user. Includes a 24hr welfare call once arrangements have been made. £700

Consultation visit and search - Meet with your consultant to discuss requirements and the process. Consultant to then search for the care required and present you with the options. Your consultant will then arrange the assessments between the care team and the service user. A 24hr welfare call once arrangements have been made is included. £1000

Care search and visits with your consultant - Meet with your consultant to discuss requirements and once options have been found, visit three care placements / home care agencies of your choosing with your consultant, or if you are busy, your consultant can visit on your behalf to ensure the needs of you or your loved ones can be met. Your consultant will then arrange the assessment between the care team and the service user. Your consultant will then follow up with the placement with a 24hr welfare check and a one week welfare check to ensure all is going well. £1500
